Our Strategy
ATI seeks projects and operating companies that exhibit downside resiliency and looks to add value through sourcing, portfolio management, and the realization process. We focus on buying well through rigorous underwriting, robust governance through alignment of key stakeholders, and delivering operational improvements to enhance exit valuations.
Featured Project
ATI is a member of the JFK Millennium Partners consortium (“JMP”) that was selected to design, build, finance, operate, and manage the new Terminal 6 at JFK International Airport. ATI was selected to the winning consortium as a financial and development partner and has provided active leadership through its role.
