Marie-Liesse Marc

Chief Investment Officer

Marie-Liesse is currently ATI’s Chief Investment Officer and is a member of the Investment Committee. She brings more than 19 years of experience in infrastructure development, financing, and construction across a wide range of sectors and jurisdictions, with experience in the United States, Canada, the United Arab Emirates, and the Caribbean. Marie-Liesse was most recently with Metro Vancouver serving as Project Director for a major wastewater treatment plant expansion in Canada. Marie-Liesse was formerly Chief Acquisitions Officer at Vantage Airport Group, responsible for leading the company’s airport investments in North America and globally. Significant contributions during her tenure with Vantage include $9 billion of terminal redevelopment projects at LaGuardia and JFK airports in New York. Prior to Vantage, Marie-Liesse was a Senior Vice President with Macquarie Capital, where she was responsible for the development and financing of large-scale infrastructure projects with a focus on public-private partnerships, including the Denver Eagle Rail P3. Marie-Liesse was awarded the 2017 Emerging Leader Award by Women’s Infrastructure Network Canada.

Marie-Liesse received a Master of Science in Management from NEOMA Business School.
